Engage in commercial foreclosure matters as needed. Collaborate with partners and associates on complex legal issues. Maintain compliance with Maryland legal standards and practices. Requirements Over five years of experience in residential foreclosure matters. Commercial foreclosure experience preferred. Admitted to the Maryland Bar. Eligible to practice in the Maryland Bankruptcy court. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Maryland Bar admission. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
