Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance SupervisorUnder the oversight of the Director of Facilities Management, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance team, coordinating contractors/vendors, and performing general maintenance tasks.Minimum Qualifications:Must have a High School Diploma.Must have positive outcome experiences with the operation of general maintenance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing equipment/tools.Must have good organizational and communication skills.Must be proficient in the use of computers for typical business needs (i.e. Email and Microsoft office).3 years of supervisory experience required.Previous maintenance work in a residential setting preferred.Previous experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) preferred.A current driver's license is required.
