Senior Manager, Compensation - Tech

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation - Tech to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will shape compensation strategy for technology-focused talent, with a strong emphasis on competitive pay practices, market alignment, and data-driven decision-making. You will partner closely with HR and business leaders to build frameworks that support hiring, retention, and workforce planning across software, cybersecurity, and AI functions. The position also plays a key role in advising senior stakeholders, strengthening governance, and ensuring compensation programs remain compliant and effective.
