You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. $125,000+ at plan commission

• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
• Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

• Host open houses to engage with buyers and introduce them to the local real estate market
• Engage, cultivate, and convert new contacts into buyer clients
• Guide buyers through the buying process to find the best property for their needs
• Educate clients about relevant market changes, neighborhoods, financing options, and general information necessary to make a decision in the ever-changing real estate landscape
• Actively work with team members to grow market share and a positive team reputation

• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Show a track record of real estate success
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends

• Active Virginia real estate license
• Experience in real estate is a plus; if not, we will train you!
• Desire and work ethic to build your professional reputation and personal wealth through real estate
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills 
• Service-oriented attitude with a client-first focus
• Coachable
