The Financial Planning Manager is responsible for managing and developing financial planners within the region, collaborating closely with advisors to create tailored financial plans for high-net-worth clients. This position focuses on overseeing team workflows, training and developing staff, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality financial plans. The Financial Planning Manager will work within a regionally-based team to deliver personalized financial services, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture aligned with the firm's core values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Inclusion, and Connection

Qualifications

Certification: Certified Financial Planner designation required, with an additional area of specialty or advanced certification preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of client-facing experience in financial services, including advanced knowledge in tax and estate planning. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing a team, with a focus on coaching, mentorship, and resolving personnel issues. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial planning softwares such as: Zoom, PractiFi, MyComplianceOffice, Microsoft Teams/Office Suite, Tamarac, eMoney, Money Guide Pro, Social Security Analyzer, Advisys, MBS Highway, Zilculator, Holistiplan, Planner CS, Monday.com Client-Focused: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Strong Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to clients and internal teams. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, with an ability to provide accurate, reliable financial advice. Independent & Discretionary: Ability to work independently, make decisions with minimal supervision, and use discretion when dealing with sensitive matters. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying potential challenges and developing quick, effective solutions to maintain workflow efficiency and client satisfaction. Education: Undergraduate degree required.

Compensation: Our base pay range is 105,000.00 - 146,000.00 (per year)
