Machine Operator

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our precision molding team. In this role, you will produce and inspect small, high-precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in detail-focused production settings. Key Responsibilities Operate molding machines to produce high-precision components Trim and de-gate parts using fine hand tools Inspect parts using magnification tools and microscopes Identify and report defects or irregularities Package finished components to specification Complete basic production and quality documentation Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to maintain consistent production pace and quality standards Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused tasks Basic math skills Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must complete a background check Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder) Work Environment & Physical Requirements Climate-controlled, air-conditioned facility Primarily standing or sitting during shift Frequent handling of small components Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Close vision and focus on fine details required #J-18808-Ljbffr TempWorks Software Incorporated
