Borough of Tenafly-Municipal Pool is looking for certified summer lifeguards fromMay 24 th (Memorial Day) to September 1st (Labor Day) for our new Municipal Poollocated in Tenafly, NJ.Job Responsibilities: Supervise pool occupancy, check in guests and verify poolpasses, must be able to address pool violations and violators, administer swim lessons,closely monitoring activities related to the pool area and identify any safety issues,administer first aid in the event of injury or emergency, rescue swimmers in distressor danger of drowning, and administer CPR, if necessary.Qualifications: High School or equivalent, Certified Lifeguard, CPR and First Aidcertification required, Swim Instructor certification a plusJob Type: Part-time, Seasonal, TemporaryPay: $15.50 per hourSchedule: Day shift, Evening shift, flexible scheduleWork Location: 165 Grove Street, TenaflyFingerprints and background checks are required.
