Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting students across multiple campuses in the Irving, TX area! This full-time itinerant physical therapy role begins November and continues through February, providing vital coverage during a maternity leave. Work with a diverse K-12 caseload and help students achieve their highest physical potential within dynamic school environments.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
• Familiarity working with K-12 students across varying needs and developmental levels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other educators and support staff
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites each week
• Up-to-date fingerprint clearance through the Texas Education Agency (TEA) or willingness to complete this step (processing may take up to 7 days)
• Ready availability of references from your two most recent supervisors for district review

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to K-12 students, adapting interventions to individual student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success and access to educational settings
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatment, progress, and compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and support positive student outcomes through a team-based approach
• Travel daily to multiple schools to provide consistent, high-quality therapy coverage

This is an on-site only position, with the opportunity to make a difference in several communities in a single school district. You'll work a full 37.5 hour week, gaining varied experience while supporting a wide range of students during a pivotal time in their educational journey.
