Sr. Global Marketing Manager - Molecular Platforms & Informatics

Becton Dickinson & Co

This senior marketing role leads global strategy and go-to-market execution for molecular diagnostics platforms and informatics solutions in regulated, high-volume testing environments. The position partners with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of molecular diagnostic products through market-informed positioning, campaign development, and commercialization support.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate global marketing strategy for molecular platforms informed by market trends and customer insights
Support portfolio planning, launch readiness, and lifecycle management for molecular diagnostics solutions
Partner with regional teams to align global strategy with local market needs and priority geographies
Develop value propositions and messaging articulating clinical, operational, and economic benefits
Lead global campaigns and customer engagement programs to drive platform adoption and growth

Requirements

Creative marketing professional dedicated to science and strategic marketing execution
Empathetic servant leader capable of inspiring regional buy-in to global strategy
Strategic thinker with implementation skills and market development expertise
Experience working independently and autonomously on complex initiatives
Knowledge of molecular diagnostics, informatics, or regulated laboratory testing environments
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
