Retail Sales Consultant
Highly successful luxury men's retail in the Reston Town Center store seeks full-time Retail Sales consultant. Saturdays and Sundays need to have open availabilty.
In this role you will be responsible for generating new clients and sales with a large commison incentive. Will also help on the floor with the Store Owner/Manager and Sales team by merchandising and receiving.
You will have a passion for fashion, enthusiasm for your role and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
The goals of this role include:
Enthusiam for sales and building customer connections
Team before individual mentality
Excellent customer service
Proficient in basic computer operations
This small business has been in the Reston Town Center for 30 years and specializes in a premium customer experience with higher end quality clothing. Custom clothing is our specialty with a lot of mathematical formulas involved.
Must be comfortable learning on the fly; with experience comes knowledge with that knowledge comes the power!
QUALIFICATIONS:
-High School degree
-College degree preferred
-2 years experience in retail sales preferred
-Extremely detailed oriented and organized
-A passion for work and a NEED to work
-Must have exceptional time management ( meaning never be late ) and problem-solving skills
