Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager - Technical Accounting & Strategic Projects Public Accounting Experience Required Are you a public accounting professional ready to take your career beyond the traditional audit and month-end cycle? We’re working with a growing professional services organization that partners with leading companies on complex accounting and finance initiatives. This is an opportunity to leverage your public accounting foundation while gaining hands‑on exposure to technical accounting, financial reporting, transactions, and strategic finance projects. What You’ll Work On Every engagement is different, giving you the opportunity to build a broad and highly marketable skill set. Projects may include: Technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards Financial statement preparation and review, including SEC reporting IPO readiness and public company reporting M&A, acquisitions, carve-outs, and post‑transaction integration Financial reporting, consolidations, and close optimization Internal controls and finance transformation Process improvement and accounting operations Budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A initiatives Special projects supporting Controllers, CFOs, and executive leadership What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of public accounting or relevant accounting experience Big 4 or national public accounting experience strongly preferred CPA or progress toward CPA preferred Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting Technical accounting, SEC reporting, or transaction experience is a plus Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities Why Make the Move?
