People Operations Lead: Scale & Empower Global Teams

Rogo is seeking its first People Operations team member in New York to help plan, execute, and manage key People programs throughout the employee lifecycle. This is a foundational role designed to attract, retain, and grow top talent as the company scales. Reporting to the Chief of Staff for now and ultimately the Head of People, you will own onboarding, performance cycles, surveys, HR data management, and systems improvements, including Rippling, ensuring accurate data and scalable processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rogo
