Experience 8+ Years (4+ years in Kafka/Confluent Administration) Key Skills Apache Kafka & Confluent Platform/Cloud Kafka Connect, Replicator, Schema Registry, ksqlDB, ZooKeeper Monitoring & Observability DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, Conduktor Troubleshooting Consumer Lag, Connectivity Issues, AVRO Schema Mismatches, ACLs & Permissions Terraform, CI/CD, DevSecOps Automation Kafka Upgrades, Patching, Certificate Renewals & DR Activities Java, Spring Boot, Python, .NET application support Autosys Administration (Agents, Patching, Upgrades & Maintenance) Responsibilities Manage and support enterprise Kafka environments. Automate Kafka administration using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines. Monitor platform health, configure alerts, and resolve production issues. Collaborate with application teams, cloud providers, and Kafka vendors. Perform platform upgrades, security remediation, and disaster recovery activities.
