Human Resources Director

Job Title: Human Resources Director Location: Sulphur, LA Pay: $120,000 - 130,000 Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and parental leave Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of HR leadership experience in a hands-on, operational environment Transportation, logistics, trucking, or fleet industry experience preferred Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and performance management Experience supporting a high-volume, hourly workforce Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and policy development Proven ability to partner with Operations and Safety leadership Experience with talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee retention Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills Primary Responsibilities Lead HR strategy and day-to-day HR operations Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and business objectives Oversee employee relations, investigations, and performance management Drive recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations Coach and support managers on employee relations and HR matters Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and overall workforce effectiveness Why choose Addison Group?
