A leading middle-market or global investment bank may seek an Industrial M&A Coordinator to support merger and acquisition transactions within the industrials sector, including manufacturing, aerospace & defense, automotive, transportation, building products, and diversified industrials.

• Support M&A transaction execution for industrial sector clients

• Build and maintain financial models (3-statement models, DCFs, LBOs, accretion/dilution analyses)

• Conduct industrials-focused market and company research , including competitive positioning and operational drivers

• Assist with valuation, benchmarking, and deal structuring analyses

• Prepare pitch books, CIMs, investment memoranda, and client presentations

• Coordinate due diligence processes , including data room management and advisor communications

• Track deal milestones, timelines, and deliverables to support smooth transaction execution

• Collaborate closely with senior bankers, legal advisors, and client teams across deal workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

• Strong interest in industrials, manufacturing, or M&A advisory

• Solid financial modeling and valuation skills

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Prior internship or experience in investment banking, corporate development, consulting, or industrial finance is beneficial

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools
