Prepare food according to item specifications; understand and plan future and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety, sanitation, cold chain and inventory management standards; operate, maintain and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production, ordering, club pick‑up orders, training and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; uphold quality, date control and waste elimination; provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise and resolving issues. Advocate for the brand; influence and inspire teamwork, respect and support; identify training roadblocks and help colleagues; comply with company policies, procedures and ethics; use the Open Door Policy; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and partners; prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, communicate progress, recommend improvements and adapt to change.
