Finance Program Cost Controls Analyst (P2) *HYBRID*

Location US-MA-TEWKSBURY-TB4 ~ 836 North St ~ INNOVATION BLDG Position Type Hybrid (primarily onsite at Tewksbury, MA; alternative sites in Tucson, AZ, Huntsville, AL, or McKinney, TX without relocation support) Citizenship Requirement U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements. What You Will Do Assist with cost and schedule integration, manpower forecasts, Budget Change Requests (BCRs), monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs), and external U.S. Government financial deliverables (e.g., IPMDARs and CFSRs) Support preparation of performance and staffing reports, variance analysis, and maintenance of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes while ensuring compliance with EV guidelines Work as part of a collaborative finance team, partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive financial execution, compliance, and program reporting Use tools such as SAP/APEX, Business Warehouse (BW), Analysis for Office (A/O), RPlan, and PM Tools Suite to support financial analysis, efficiencies, and compliance Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, managing multiple priorities and contributing to a high‑performing finance team What You Will Learn This role provides an opportunity to develop your skills in program financial management and contribute to a high‑impact project in a dynamic environment. Qualifications You Must Have Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field and at least 2 years of related finance experience Experience in variance analysis, forecasting, and/or budgeting Experience with financial tools such as SAP, BW, APEX, PRISM, or similar systems U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements Qualifications We Prefer Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Ability to work as part of a team while independently managing assigned tasks with flexibility Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads effectively Basic understanding of financial principles and critical thinking skills to address stakeholder needs Familiarity with Raytheon financial and accounting policies/procedures is a plus Enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn new tasks with strong written and verbal communication skills Salary and Benefits Salary range: USD 68,900 – 131,100.
