Receptionist –Full-time available – Hiring Immediately $17-$18 per hour depending on experience!

Must be available to work a flexible Schedule.

Some Saturdays, Sundays, days and night shifts as needed.

Average Work Week is 32-35 hours.

Qualifications:

• Receptionist or Administrative Assistant Experience is Required – 1+ years
• Ability to File and Retrieve Records Accurately
• Experienced using Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong Customer Service
• Proficient in typing and using Microsoft Outlook for professional email communications
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Detail Oriented
• Professional Appearance
• Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic
• Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas
• Ability to be a Team Player
• Bi-lingual is a plus not necessary, fluent in Spanish and English

 

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and directing them appropriately
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
• Use Microsoft Outlook for numerous email communications, essential to maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with administrative duties which include:
  • Keeping Accurate License Plate and Key Records
  • Organizing Files/Records
• Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
