That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!Job OverviewThis role drives the strategic development and expansion of T-Mobile's Enterprise Operating Plan (EOP) capability — an AI-powered platform built to deliver speed to insights across functions and P&Ls. It involves developing a multi-phased roadmap, partnering with enterprise functions and P&Ls to understand their needs, and orchestrating execution in partnership with the Data COE and FP&A. The role owns change management and onboarding, ensuring enterprise functions are equipped to adopt and operate within the EOP as capabilities expand. Success is measured by the pace and quality of capability expansion, enterprise adoption, and progress toward the EOP vision. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
