Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client needs deeply and proactively identify opportunities to offer tailored insurance solutions and consulting advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client retention and growth.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and present value.
- Stay current with industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.
- Track and report on key account metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
