Staffing Coordinator (Full Time/Part Time) Community Choice Home Care is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator based in Jackson, NJ. Responsibilities Placement of Certified Home Health Aides with patients in facilities and homes. Scheduling HHA's and CNA's to ensure each patient has a scheduled visit. Responding to service requests and inquiries. Updating the daily staffing schedule. Ensuring all new employees complete the onboarding process, collect required documentation and organize electronic files. Ensuring compliance with electronic documentation standards. Providing replacements for all callouts. Making assessments and decisions on prioritizing staff for assignments. Communicating issues or client process changes to management staff. Working independently and within a team setting. Qualifications Experience within this field in a previous healthcare setting. Access to a large network of Certified Home Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants within Ocean and Monmouth Counties.
