Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans that are closely aligned with the individual’s needs.

• Complete all documentation promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards to maintain the quality of care and efficiency in service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as required to assess client needs and progress effectively.
\n
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies for clients.
\n
• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards in professional practice.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients and external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain open and effective communication with team members, meeting contractual standards and promoting the organizational mission within the community.

• Establish and nurture relationships with various agencies and organizations to enhance program visibility and secure potential new alliances and funding sources.

• Engage in professional development opportunities, participating in conferences, training, and committee work related to the field of behavioral health.

• Promote and integrate the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles into daily practice.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing emotional health challenges, those in need of substance use recovery support, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n
