This full-time position offers a remote work environment, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of our clients. You may work from home or other designated locations while still maintaining close contact with the school facilities in which you serve. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care techniques.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and selecting appropriate interventions to meet the unique needs of each student.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans to address immediate mental health concerns effectively.

• Maintain thorough documentation of clients' progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards, promoting accountability and continuity of care.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster communal healing and awareness among participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
