Job Overview Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, oversee quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to work in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants. Benefits and Compensation $17 to $21 an hour.
