About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Adoption & Services to join their Client Partnerships Senior Leadership Team. This role is pivotal in driving platform adoption by K-12 schools, districts, and state education agencies across the United States, ensuring that the company's services align with the strategic priorities of its clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the adoption strategy, leading a large professional services and implementation organization, and demonstrating deep expertise in strategic planning, operational leadership, and direct client engagement. The VP will also be at the forefront of AI fluency and adoption, leading the team in both evolutionary and transformative AI adoption, and will be expected to have a strong background in client success, account management, or professional services, ideally within a relationship-driven, outcomes-based industry. Key responsibilities for the VP, Adoption & Services include defining and executing the platform adoption strategy, setting and tracking adoption metrics, and leading a team that is adept at using AI tools to enhance client interactions. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of driving measurable adoption and outcome improvements at scale, as well as experience in cross-functional coordination and executive presence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, with a focus on operational excellence and initiative ownership. Familiarity with the K-12 education landscape is a strong plus, and the role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to balance client empathy with disciplined execution.
