Essential Duties Limpia y mantiene las instalaciones, incluidos los espacios interiores y exteriores, de manera eficiente y segura. Gestiona muebles y accesorios, incluida la instalación y el desmontaje para diversos eventos. Maneja con seguridad equipos, escombros y objetos pesados, levantando y transportando artículos pesados con regularidad. Sigue políticas y procedimientos adecuados para garantizar un entorno limpio, organizado y seguro. Mantiene una asistencia regular y puntual para cumplir plenamente con las responsabilidades laborales. Realiza otras tareas asignadas según la ubicación asignada. Requirements Experiencia de conserjería (preferida). Elegible para trabajar en los Estados Unidos. Conocimientos y Habilidades Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo. Conocimiento de las mejores prácticas en limpieza y mantenimiento de instalaciones. Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados de tiempo, realizar trabajos físicos y levantar objetos pesados. Capacidad para comunicarse y construir relaciones en un entorno culturalmente diverso. Capacidad para levantar repetidamente 50 libras. o más.
