Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring that client needs are effectively addressed through personalized counseling strategies.

• Complete all required documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory standards in a timely manner, ensuring that patient care is recorded accurately and efficiently.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and assessments as part of the treatment planning process, collaborating closely with the clinical team to ensure best practices are followed.

• Facilitate the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes and engagement.

• Serve as a liaison among various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, actively promoting accessible resources for clients.

• Maintain consistent communication with community stakeholders to promote the mission of Renewed Heartfelt Healing Therapy and develop new partnerships that benefit patient care.

• Engage in professional development activities such as attending conferences, leading workshops, and participating in relevant task forces aimed at enhancing community health initiatives.

• Contribute to the clinic’s continued alignment with accrediting standards by maintaining active participation in licensing and accreditation processes.

• Perform additional duties as designated by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of the clinic and its clientele.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support individuals facing a variety of challenges related to mental health, including those with emotional distress, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• Must possess an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
