First Rate Staffing is growing! We are excited to continue to grow our Phoenix market. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team! You will oversee the growth and addition of new clients. This is an extremely lucrative opportunity to earn unlimited commission dollars on all new business you bring on board. If you have experience in sales then we should have a conversation. If you also have staffing sales experience, look no further, this is the place for you! This position is not a 9-5 sitting at your desk. This is a dynamic position that can be a hybrid role with plenty of time outside of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily sales operations
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Establish sales goals and metrics
- Interact with your clients to insure they are getting what they need
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Create a positive and fun work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
