Digital Marketing & Social Media Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Project Manager to help lead day-to-day execution across our client accounts. Our client is a growing multicultural marketing agency, and this role sits at the center of how work gets done — coordinating the team, keeping projects on track, and making sure client work ships on time and at a high standard.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's ready to grow into people management, or who has a couple of years of team-lead experience and wants to build on it. You'll work closely with the Founder and take ownership of execution so the agency runs smoothly day to day.

What You'll Do

Project & Workflow Management

• Manage day-to-day execution across client accounts
• Keep projects organized and on schedule using tools like Asana
• Track deadlines, flag issues early, and problem-solve before they become bigger issue

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with and help guide a team of social media coordinators, creatives, and interns
• Set clear expectations on deliverables and timelines, and follow up to keep things on track
• Support communication across the team so everyone stays aligned

Support Execution of Strategy

• Take direction and priorities from the Founder and translate them into project plans and action steps
• Help keep initiatives moving and follow through on next steps

Quality Control

• Review content, social posts, and campaign deliverables before they go out
• Give clear, constructive feedback to team members
• Help ensure work meets both agency and client standards

Client Support

• Join client meetings as needed to support communication and follow-through
• Represent the agency at occasional meetings or networking events

Process Improvement

• Suggest improvements to workflows and processes as the team grows
• Help bring more consistency and clarity to how projects get done

What We're Looking For

• 4-5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, preferably an agency environment
• 3+ years of experience managing projects and people, with a genuine interest in growing into a people-management role
• Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple accounts/deadlines
• Solid understanding of social media, content, and digital marketing execution
• A proactive communicator who can work with some autonomy but also welcomes direction
