Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.What you will be doing:Greeting respiratory patients, customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner in person and over the phoneProcessing customer payment and credit transactionsAssist in resolving patient and customer concerns and issuesMaintain the neat and clean appearance of the respiratory showroom and work areaWhat will a qualified candidate need? One or more years of office experienceExcellent customer service skillsOrganized and great time management skillsAbility to understand insurance coverage guidelines for respiratory durable medical equipmentWorking knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
