Home Infusion Pharmacist

Quad Recruitment

Our client is looking for a licensed Pharmacist to join their home infusion team, providing safe, patient-centered pharmacy care in the alternate care setting. You'll manage the full clinical picture for home infusion patients - from therapy assessment through to dispensing, monitoring, and ongoing care coordination - while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting standards.This role reports to the Pharmacy Manager or Director of Pharmacy, depending on branch structure.
