True Financial Lending is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our Southfield HQ to close residential and commercial loans. This is an inside sales role; you will receive live-transfer leads and focus on closing deals. We offer uncapped OTE with multiple flexible pay plans, warm live transfers, prescreened leads, and strong marketing support to help you build a referral network with Realtors, builders, and investors.
