Lead Concrete Coating Installer

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Lead Concrete Coating Installer to join our growing team in the Oviedo area. This role is hands‑on and involves leading a small crew, completing high‑quality installations, and ensuring each job is done right, safely, and on time. What You’ll Do Prep concrete surfaces (grinding, cleaning, crack repair) Install epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coating systems Apply basecoats, flakes, and topcoats Lead a 1–2 person crew on‑site Make sure all work meets quality standards Keep jobs on schedule Key Responsibilities Drive the company truck and transport materials/equipment Set up and clean up job sites Train and support team members Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment What You Need 2+ years of concrete coating or similar trade experience preferred Experience with grinders and concrete tools Crew lead or leadership experience is a plus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active role Dependable and ready to work full days Pay & Benefits $25–$35 per hour (based on experience) Performance bonuses (based on production and quality) Consistent, year‑round work Opportunity to grow into higher leadership roles What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic Shows up on time and ready to work Takes pride in quality work Positive attitude and team player Wants to grow with the company Hiring Requirements Background check Drug screening Motor vehicle (DMV) check Why Join Us At Dcrete Coating, you’ll have steady, consistent work right here in Central Florida with no long‑distance travel.
