What you will be doing Reading and comprehending drawings, scopes & equipment submittals Knowledgeable of local mechanical codes for estimating & inspections Prepare estimates for job pricing, material takeoffs and ordering to complete the job Layout of duct work for install and coordination with other trades Install sheet metal, fibrous board and flex duct, dampers, and air devices Measure and draw up sheet metal duct fittings to be ordered Hang/setting of exhaust fans, louvers, units and other mechanical equipment Hang copper, PVC and piping hangers for refrigerant, condensate and CHW piping Insulate ductwork with exterior fiberglass wrap Low voltage control wiring for thermostats, dampers, heaters, and other control devices Copper brazing and equipment startup Daily communication of work completed through company tablet What you need for this position 4+ years of experience within the HVAC trade Must have EPA certification Refrigeration knowledge Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations Able to work independently Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pass an on-site drug test Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license Interested in joining the team?
