Multifamily Community Manager — Drive NOI

Cambridge Management, Inc. (CMI) is hiring a Community Manager in Tacoma, WA to oversee daily multi-family operations, maximize cash flow, and maintain asset quality. You will lead leasing, resident relations, and a on-site team, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent service.
