Senior Community Manager — Drive NOI & Resident Experience

Cambridge Management, Inc.

Cambridge Management, Inc. in Tacoma seeks a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the multi-family property, drive leasing, budgeting, and resident relations while ensuring LIHTC/HUD compliance. Under the Regional Manager, you will lead a team, monitor financial performance, coordinate maintenance, and address tenancy issues.
