Pharmacy Director
The Pharmacy Director is responsible for directing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including managing and mentoring staff, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, preparing and maintaining accreditation and accountability for the pharmacy's budget and productivity.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required. Advanced degree (MS, Pharm D, and MBA) strongly preferred Five years healthcare experience with at least two years’ experience in a leadership role. Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred. Previous leadership, program development, budget and productivity, and clinical experience required. Must possess strong human relations and interpersonal skills. Current (or eligible) New Mexico Pharmacist license required.
Facility is licensed around 300 beds and is Joint Commission accredited. Person will report to the C-level and they will manage entire pharmacy operation with staff up to 20(RX and Techs). The facility is offering a salary range between $110K-160K depending on experience. They also offer a great benefit package and relocation up to 10K.
