Global Software Implementation Manager

Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina

Eurofins seeks a Global Software Implementation Manager to lead enterprise LIMS and ELN deployment programs across multiple business units and regions. The role combines program management, organizational change leadership, and team oversight, with approximately 50% travel and flexible scheduling across time zones.

Responsibilities

Lead global LIMS and ELN implementation programs from initiation through post-go-live stabilization
Establish implementation standards, governance processes, and deployment best practices across regions
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation with executive reporting
Direct change management and training strategies to drive system adoption and compliance
Coach and manage implementation and training teams while partnering with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and IT stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 5 years software implementation leadership in LIMS/ELN or ERP systems
Minimum 2 years global capacity experience and people management background
Experience in regulated environments (CFR Part 11, GMP Annex 11)
Project management and enterprise software implementation expertise
Bioscience or laboratory background
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
