Our  base salary is just the beginning . After your first 90 days, you'll have the opportunity to earn a  realistic performance-based bonus . General Managers within the  Wagons West Management Group average  six-figure annual earnings through salary and bonuses. In addition, every General Manager has the opportunity to earn  up to 10% ownership in their restaurant based on performance and leadership.

Position Summary

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding food quality, exceptional guest service, and a positive team culture. You'll lead by example, develop your management and crew teams, and drive operational excellence while achieving sales and profitability goals.

At Pizza Ranch, our General Managers play a critical role in delivering our brand promise by exceeding guest expectations and creating legendary experiences for both guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining Pizza Ranch standards for food quality and service.
• Monitor guest feedback through Market Force data and implement improvements.
• Recruit, coach, train, and develop managers and team members.
• Build a positive, engaging workplace culture that promotes employee growth and retention.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Drive restaurant sales, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and health regulations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
