Practical Information: Location: United States | Work arrangement: Remote | Team Size: 9 | Reports to: Senior Vice President, Operations & Service Delivery | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for US | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional English, written and verbal | Learn more: As our new Operations Director , you will become part of our cross-functional Finance & Operations Team. You will manage and lead a team of operations and support specialists, responsible for resource management, productivity, quality control, and support systems. Your main objectives include enhancing operational procedures, systems, and principles to improve information flow, business processes, reporting, and identifying opportunities for system optimization. Key Responsibilities: Develop, document, and implement a service billing organizational structure compliant with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Support our sales and delivery teams, collaborating with senior management to execute our strategic roadmap Recruit, train, assign, schedule, and manage the operations and support team Provide operational insights for strategic planning and develop action plans Work with General Manager to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations Management, preferably in the technology sector At least 3 years in a leadership role managing and developing teams Proven experience in senior operational roles within B2B technology or software resale/distribution Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, aligning team objectives with company goals Deep understanding of business operations, process design, and system integration About you: Strong strategic thinker with planning skills and a track record of aligning team objectives with company goals Experienced in managing and developing teams Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills At Crayon, we foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
