• Call Back: $340/hour

• 24-Hour Coverage: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM
• Current Coverage Dates: November 25-29
• Must Be Available for November 25-29
• In-House and Beeper / Phone Call Coverage
• GYN Call Coverage Required

• Adult Patients
• 100% Inpatient
• Approximately 1-6 Patients Per Day
• Approximately 700-800 Deliveries Annually
• Approximately 140-190 Labor & Delivery Triage Visits Per Month
• Low C-Section Volume

• Provide OB/GYN Call Coverage
• Provide EMTALA Call Coverage
• Manage Labor and Delivery Patients
• Perform Routine Vaginal Deliveries
• Perform Low Forceps Deliveries
• Make Clinical Decisions Regarding C-Section Delivery
• Manage Complicated Deliveries
• Perform C-Sections
• Manage Breech Deliveries
• Manage Multiple Births
• Manage Placental Abruptions
• Manage VBAC Deliveries
• Repair 3rd and 4th Degree Lacerations
• Provide GYN Call Coverage

• Daily Midwife Coverage
• Midwives Take Call and Deliver Their Own Patients
• Level II Nursery
• Onsite Laboratory Services
• Onsite Ultrasound
• Hospital Labor and Delivery Setting
• Epic EMR
• No Teaching or Leadership Responsibilities

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology - Required
• American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology Certification / Eligibility
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology - Required
• Active Kentucky Medical License or Active IMLC - Required
• BLS - Required
• DEA Registration - Required
• Availability for November 25-29 - Required With No Exceptions

• Availability for November 25-29 Must Be Confirmed at Time of Name Clearance
• Must Disclose Whether Provider Has Previously Worked Within the Health System
• If Previously Worked Within the Health System, Include Facility, Last Date Worked, and Agency

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days
• Credentialing May Be Expedited Based on Coverage Need
• Temporary Privileges Available
