Position Summary The Tool & Die Maker is responsible for maintaining production, quality performance levels, and the efficient use of manufacturing equipment in accordance with knowledge and training in conformance with established Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practice. Essential Functions Read blueprints. Operate all machine shop equipment: milling machines (manual and CNC), lathes, surface grinders and other equipment. Servicing and repairing progressive high‑speed stamping dies. Servicing and repairing high‑cavitation plastic injection molds. Work unsupervised to a tolerance of .0001”. Set up and troubleshoot molds and dies – Schaal high‑speed stamping presses, Sumitomo plastic mold injection machines. Your Profile Education and Experience High School or GED equivalent required. Minimum 4 years of experience in a machine‑shop role. Skills and Abilities Read, write, and speak English for operating procedures. Communicate goals in an inspirational manner.
