Qualifications:

• Completion of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current, active OT license in the state of practice
• Previous experience in schools or pediatrics preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that support academic and functional outcomes
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into daily routines
• Document evaluations, interventions, and progress following school and professional standards
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain ethical, high-quality care
