Construction Project Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an onsite Project Manager to join a construction management and services firm based in Greensboro, NC . The project manager will manage construction projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities of the Project Manager includes: Lead projects from planning through final delivery Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and subcontractors Coordinate client communication and project meetings Oversee change orders, permits, and project documentation Review drawings, submittals, and construction progress Qualifications of the Project Manager includes: Associate's degree + 3 years of relevant experience Experience with commercial construction, estimating, construction concepts, or design- build projects Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents Working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Suite Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain a government clearance Compensation of the Project Manager includes: $110,000 - 140,000 (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, sick leave as required by law, and holidays This job opens for applications on August 24th, 2026.
