Superintendent – New Construction Suffolk, VA | Full-Time | $70,000 - $110,000 You have put in the years. You know how to read a site before the day even starts, you know which subs need a nudge and which ones just need to be left alone, and you have never needed someone to tell you twice. You have run big multifamily projects from dirt to closeout and you know what it takes to keep 200+ units moving without losing your mind or the schedule. The one who makes the site run.
