Dare Commercial Services is looking for an administrative assistant to support our service coordinator and sales department.
Duties for Admin assistant: – This position stays at our office in Franklinville, NJ.
- Review and data entry of required information using our database
- Repetitive phone call and email contact as needed by service coordinator and sales dept
- Contact sales and property managers and estimation
Requirements:
- Must be very detail oriented
- Requires technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and must be detail oriented.
- Computer experience using Access, Word, Excel, Email and the Internet is required.
- Have some background on sales and/or sales and admin
