Service / Repair Shop Coordinator

Job Description

3+ years' experience in truck/trailer repair, manufacturing maintenance, troubleshooting

Leadership, positivity and motivational experience in a team environment
Experience with supervising and motivating employees
Leads in fabrication of jigs, fixtures and other aids to assist with Tarp System repairs
Problem solving and troubleshooting experience for mechanical, electrical and process related problems on trailers and tarp systems
Welding experience an asset
Preventative maintenance experience in facility operations, equipment and proficient in the operation of hand tools
Computer and administrative skills
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment showing a sense of urgency in work practices
Ability to do basic electrical problem solving
Working experience in the transportation, transport and trailer repair industry would be extremely beneficial
Experience in diagnostic, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
Maintain a safe and clean working environment while complying with all company policies and procedures
