A well-established cancer institute in Hartford is looking for a Breast Medical Oncologist to join a focused, four-physician breast cancer program with clinical alignment to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. This is a role built around doing breast oncology well, with dedicated research time, a four-day workweek, and a multidisciplinary model that actually functions the way it is supposed to.

Practice Details

• Breast Medical Oncology role within a dedicated breast cancer program alongside a team of four breast medical oncologists
• Clinical alignment with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
• Weekly breast tumor boards with opportunities for research, teaching, and academic collaboration

Schedule

• Four-day workweek with approximately 3.5 clinic days and a protected half-day for research and academic work

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary with wRVU bonus potential
• 50,000 sign-on bonus and 15,000 relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Medical Oncology
• Fellowship training in Breast Oncology or a strong clinical focus in breast cancer
