Community Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, attractive, and well-managed environment that fosters a strong sense of community among residents. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities to ensure the community remains in excellent condition. Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting related to community operations. Plan and execute community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing residential communities. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain high-quality services. Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for property owners and management. Qualifications Minimum three years proven experience as a Residential Community Manager in a fast-paced residential community Availability to work Saturdays Strong knowledge of property management principles and residential community operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to residential property management.
