We're looking for a driven Agent in Training to join our growing team. In this role, you'll focus on building strong client relationships, providing personalized insurance solutions across multiple product lines, and driving sales through proactive outreach and service.

Hands on Training

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend the best coverage options across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by generating new business and cross-selling to existing clients
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure policy renewals
• Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements

• Sales experience preferred (insurance, financial services, real estate, or related industries)
• Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
